Assembly
Center Seam
Lay pieces together with the starting chain row side by side and whipstitch the edges together starting from the bottom and up for 5”. Rotate to opposite end and whipstitch the center seam together from the bottom and up for 6”. Weave in ends.

Outside Edge
Fold piece over so that the neck seam matches on the front and the back and the bottom back lays about an inch lower than the front bottom. Measure down from the shoulder 3 ¼” and place marker. Measure up from the longest end from the bottom 3” and place marker. Whipstitch the outside edges together between the markers. Repeat steps for the opposite side. Weave in ends.

Belt Tie
With E hook and white, ch 120. Fasten off. I used a smaller hook for the belt so that the chain stitches would be tighter. Starting from the front center left, weave in and out through every row skipping the 4 rows on the outer edge of both sides and tie together. Skipping the outside edges allows for the sides to flow out more while the waist is cinched.
Tassels
With white crochet thread make 38 tassels. To make the tassels, I wrapped the thread around 2 fingers 20 times and then cut. Cut a strand about 6” long and pull through the center of the wrapped thread and tie off. Cut the wrapped thread at the opposite end. Cut another strand of thread about 6” and wrap around the top of the tassel about 5 times and tie off. Trim tassel so it measures about ¾”. Sew one tassel to the end of each belt tie. Sew the remaining tassels around the front and back bottom of the cover up and along the side edges and the arms about an inch apart from each other.
